All the items were set at 0.5 when i took over....

well theres A PROBLEM. If those are at .5 and the universal one is at 0 then that timer will override the universal timer. Thats how you make guns not do stack damage.  

O.. Change it back to 0, geno, if you're still the gun admin?  

I changed them to 0, it worked a bit, but not completely. Cant do it now tho
