In real life justice you are trying to prove to other people that the person committed the crime. In Graal, there is no need for that.

He says that he feels he was banned unjustly. Truthfully, by a quarter of the standards, even the "server owner" should be banned. If we're really being fair and all. It's amazing how some of the most ugly, evil things can be done around here, but when someone appears to be speeding in the spar arena and someone bans him—everyone picks on the little guy and says, "Oh well. Tough luck."

Frankly banning someone for speeding in a spar is absolutely ridiculous, and unjustified even if it is true that he was using some sort of a trainer. This game was built by love, and it is has been turned into tyranny. You're messing with people's lives, have mercy

We also submitted a ticket about my guild getting stolen and no response. I took all the steps people told me to and now I just give up nor do I care.

Toonslab support is not good but I guess that's what you get when you don't pay people

Albie, your support ticket actually will be offensive to the staff reading it because you're stereotyping the staff as though they can't spar or know less about sparring than yourself. Rob aka NaS and Carlito aka MysticalDragon will probably be the ones reading your toonslab ticket and I still remember when those guys used to spar with some of the best of them. I was at my prime in sparring before I was ever staff too.

The playerworlds support team will only answer tickets regarding issues on playerworlds servers.

iOS and android/facebok servers use their own staff to answer support tickets

I Know wasn't hacking or cheating. I know I wont be unbanned because of course a gp knows more than me.
I just want evidence for it, and not just for my 'offence' but for anyone elses. This would eliminate false bans completely  

i never heard of a case where a staff would leak "evidence" to a player, forget about the past.

Wait, are you for real...? If someone cheats in any way, especially with trainers or hacks, they're purposely ruining the experience for other players and gaining an unfair advantage. Of course that's not allowed, not by Graal or any other MMO.

At this point, I'm convinced you're the biggest troll on the forums.  

I remember when people were able to get access to other peoples account (without them knowing of course) boy submitting a ticket. Good ol' toonslab never doing anything wrong. =]  

• Some GP's from the past and present behave in a way that can be described as tyrants and unprofessional (don't be offended, it's merely an opinion). Rest assure, their fates will be decided sooner or later since we've witnessed the many admins who have been fired.

• On the other hand, there are GP's out there that do what they are supposed to do and monitor the game with competence. The only concern I have is they should be active more (30 hours per week) to help as much as possible with the community and/or investigate issues more thoroughly.

Dude you are really pissing me off; I've told you before. I speak with the Holy Spirit, this is my kingdom; you don't wanna go around calling me a troll just because your rotten little mind can't fathom a single ounce of justice.

This game was built and was supposed to be fun; there is an infinite stream of money & creative ideas that are supposed to be invigorating this community. Instead, what was built by the magic of myself and a few others has been taken away from us and Graal has stagnated. It is nothing but a bunch of people running around with different horses, morphs, hats, and sparring. The "no cheat" rule is just some arbitrary rule Unixmad enforced—who himself hasn't contributed AT ALL to the game design.

A person's account is THEIR PROPERTY. It is an extension of themselves that they put dozens if not hundreds of thousands of hours into. This game is supposed to be fun; you don't go around stealing people's property or banning it just because YOU think that everyone's ego about sparring is the basis for this game. It isn't fair, it isn't justice, it isn't Graal, it isn't what millions of my dollars were crucified into this game for.

In fact to be completely fair, when I first started this game I was using memory editors; THERE WOULD BE NOOOOOO GRAAL without cheating. PACHUKA, Galen, Azrael.

Trust me, there would be no NPC Server if I hadn't suggested it; even since I've left they've remained virtually incapable of coming up with a single revolutionary interactive feature, and I can come up with dozens off the top of my head. The only breakthrough they made was creating an APP of Graal, which is really just a cross-platform compatibility and not a breakthrough in technology.

You do not STEEEEAAL someone's property for "cheating". GROW THE **** UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
