Who answers toonslab support tickets?
Yeah basically title: Because at the moment, everytime you need assistance you always get the same copied and pasted answer. :(

if you compare the people who complain about toonslab vs the people who don't you can easily tell why those who don't complain actually get good support and those who complain don't, there's more to the problem than just toonslab. also, what is so wrong with having replies that might be copy/pasted? you do know that's pretty much how any customer support works, right? the replies they give are easy to understand and explains things, they deal with a lot of support tickets they don't have time to sit there and type out long replies. |
