I can absolutely guarantee you that there are no advanced systems in place.

1) If someone is cheating, it is very difficult to tell, because Graal is an application game built by Stefan Knorr, a friend of mine, who also did not and does not have any advanced security knowledge like the CIA. As a professional programmer & video game developer in all aspects myself, I can without need to explain myself, but by virtue of my expertise assure you that security is based on best-guesses and slight fixes here and there. You cannot peak into someone's computer, because that would be highly illegal and involves a trojan horse—which, if the admins are sending out trojan horses, they are not admins but terrorists.
2) A lot of the original cheats detected in Graal were presumptuous. That is, sometimes someone found something they didn't want to happen, and Stefan would just add something to counter act it. Obviously. That is how computer programming security works; a game is an application, not God.
3) All support tickets should be tended to; there should not be systems in place to ignore people, and there should not be systems in place to help some people and not others. There shouldn't be systems in place where admins are taking offense to people's personalities and holding grudges—assisting those they consider "worthy people". If a player wants to call you up and cuss you out—it is your job to understand that it is an emotional reaction, and it is not your place to start playing Hitler on which personalities constitute a place in the kingdom.
4) Banning people for using cheats during sparring is utterly ridiculous; seriously, guys, this is a game not real life. Frankly if this game wasn't stolen from me, this place would not be in such a nasty WWII state as it is today. This is not the true spirit of the game. People are attracted to this game for countless reasons, one of which includes the divinity, the spirituality, the spirit. It is supposed to be fun & games, meaning that if someone cheats a little people are supposed to just deal with it and move on … Maybe gang up on them, have fun with it, laugh—not extricate someone from a community, seizing & destroying their countless hours of creative property (their account), and even making whatever money they've invested worth nothing (which is theft).

This is not the way this game is supposed to be.

if you compare the people who complain about toonslab vs the people who don't you can easily tell why those who don't complain actually get good support and those who complain don't, there's more to the problem than just toonslab.

also, what is so wrong with having replies that might be copy/pasted? you do know that's pretty much how any customer support works, right? the replies they give are easy to understand and explains things, they deal with a lot of support tickets they don't have time to sit there and type out long replies.

Not saying anyone is innocent/guilty in this thread but I doubt the first sentence is the reason is true. I submitted a ticket to try to figure out what I did to get some random warning and I never got an answer and the ticket was just deleted. We also submitted a ticket about my guild getting stolen and no response. I took all the steps people told me to and now I just give up nor do I care.

Toonslab support is not good but I guess that's what you get when you don't pay people  

Toonslab doesn't even mean anything; it sounds fancy is all. The name isn't even trademarked, and the supposed support isn't highly trained specialists in game creation and design or customer support. This isn't speculation or exaggeration; it is simply what it is. It's literally just a common support ticket library someone downloaded and installed on a server and pointed to "toonslab.com" which with a godaddy coupon could be purchased for $1

I know I'll get all of your friends up my ass for this, but all of you classic admins seem to think you're superior and act as if players are always in the wrong and admins cannot make any mistakes.

Often, players are in the wrong but have you ever given it a slither of thought that anyone can make mistakes? Including the staff team.

Nobody ever said admins couldn't make mistakes. I'm sure they happen all the time. But if you know that you were banned justly, what mistake has been made?

He says that he feels he was banned unjustly. Truthfully, by a quarter of the standards, even the "server owner" should be banned. If we're really being fair and all. It's amazing how some of the most ugly, evil things can be done around here, but when someone appears to be speeding in the spar arena and someone bans him—everyone picks on the little guy and says, "Oh well. Tough luck."

Frankly banning someone for speeding in a spar is absolutely ridiculous, and unjustified even if it is true that he was using some sort of a trainer. This game was built by love, and it is has been turned into tyranny. You're messing with people's lives, have mercy

Why do you think you can appeal bans then?

So players stop spamming emails/feedback/staff accounts. Telling someone to stfu in anonymity is much easier than telling them directly when they approach you.
