I mean calling 'LoreMasters' or Storyline-Writers 'staff' is a joke in my opinion. No matter how good (how bad) he is, all I know is they've hired people who are having potential to improve at writing(?) instead of someone who's made for the LoreMaster and being perfect. Don't ask me why, it seems ridiculous to me aswell.

It's only a joke if the quality of the team is a joke. There's nothing wrong with a good storyline writer or "lore master" as the pretentious say, but . . .

Loremasters ARE staff in my eyes. They work hard to pump out some decent plots for quests and such. Anyways what I highlighted in bold is ridiculous.

No matter how ignorant, how stupid, how idioti and moronic or how homosexual ("gay") this may be for you, they aren't staff in my eyes at all. However what you highlighted in bold which is ridiculous is what.. I said.  

Ehhh.... I think, even though he is a good writer, amazing pixel artist etc etc etc
But the thing is, you can never be a staff with a harsh and dark attitude..

PumaD, I can assure you that games such as Elder Scrolls have actual 'LoreMasters' or its equivalent. I doubt you personally have the ability to develop an engaging storyline with multiple intersecting viewpoints in a not-so-monotonous chronological order. But I don't blame that kind of narrow-minded thinking since it dewlls on iZone. A server that has no RPG-elements to it. but I wouldn't go so far as calling your server's lack thereof; a "joke".

Nope, you don't get my point at all. And you can't really compare Graal with any other successful game.., do you?
As said, I know it sounds harsh but why have LoreMasters when other staff such as GP/GM/PR whatever, GFX,etc. can do that aswell? (Developers such as GFX, NAT etc doing this sounds a bit weird, I know.) I mean, there are some servers who don't hire GANI's because their GFX people can do them aswell and have to do them actually. I'm not saying they are trash at all, but I don't acknowledge them as staff on Graal.

I don't think it's fair to compare Delteria to an Elder Scrolls game in this instance. Skyrim sold over 20 million copies so I think they can justify hiring as well as paying people to solely write story for them. Having someone work for you to write up your quest stories on a Graal server is a bit of a joke. While I'm sure this community has some creative writers, I don't think many have the ability to write an engaging storyline with multiple intersecting viewpoints in a not-so-monotonous chronological order.

Uh... comparison is a comparison. If two things were exactly on the same level, then the word "comparison" would be greatly limited in its use. So first, both of you need to understand the definition of that and then realize that your attempt to clarify my statement was not needed as it is already used in its correct context.

The Spanish Soccer Team "Barcelona" in its professional international league along with its millions of supporters still require the same fundamental positions (such as Forward, Center, etc.) as that of a normal high school soccer team. So yes, Elder Scrolls' "Loremaster" position CAN be compared to Delteria's Loremaster position due to the fact that it's necessary in its function.

But I assume you're only saying this because you feel Delteria is too small/simple of a game to require such a position. Great opinion, but the fact is that everyone felt the task was not as "simple" as it appeared. Thus the birth of a very essential position, free from other responsibilities, was required.

Anything else guys, or shall we say again that my comparison was incorrect?

Level design isn't all that different from pixel art. You're placing tiles on a grid in attractive ways to create and overall appealing picture.
