YOU BROKE MINECRAFT NOTCH!

I would enjoy display cases though. Somebody made a fairly neat mod it already. I think it would be better if you could just right click with your item and then right click again to take it out.

In the examples of "Why minecraft fails", whats wrong with #8 and the one with the open field?

I actually like stumbling upon prairies in minecraft...they look neat, because of the open land.

And I thought mines were supposed to be cluttered and in chaos, with random planks and webs.

"Number Eight" is a complete clutter****, it's a deep ass random ravine with floating **** everywhere and it looks disgusting. What I was trying to point out is THERE IS A MONSTER SPAWNER RIGHT ON THE EDGE. I am not even kidding, it's just chilling there. What the hell? Who wants all this floating **** in the way? Ravines are worthless anyways.
The fields, there is grass EVERYWHERE. Everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. It's a pain in the ass when there is grass everywhere.

There tends to be grass on fields.

Grass is what players wanted, Notch simply added it. The only problem I have with it is that building on it doesn't replace it like vines, and treats it like a solid block, making building in an area with grass a pain in the ass.

The Alpha versions are way better than the full thing.
Hell, The Alpha versions DO look like they're the real deal.

i hate how the grass destroys the snow. i mean wtf, its like checkered. the snow biomes are ugly as hell, and the swamp gradiant thing can actually be fixed by going to the grass and foliage images and editing it.

No it can't because they're not coded like the other biomes. They're just environments slapped over the already generated biomes, hence why they have no transition and why they're oddly placed(such as next to snow).

Your right.i was expecting the foliage and watercolor and grass color in the misc folder of the minecraft bin to have changed. But now that I double check I find I'm wrong...

The only flat area is filled with a hell lot of grass. The only other flat area I can think of to build is a desert biome.
There's way too much of it in one area, either that or there's not enough flat areas. Getting a flat land formation is like rolling a dice...it's pretty much a 1/10000 chance.

Yea the winter and extreme hills should be nerfed and add more plains and savannah. It's so freaking hard to find a npc village now

Do they actually do anything now?

I can't believe notch included those in the 'finished' game.
