Help With Raisins
How do I eat large quantities of them without hating myself?

if you have cereal for breakfast you could mix them with that, its what I do

throughout the day I'd just keep them with me and have a handful every now and then with nuts/other snacks. They're such a small snack that you could supplement them with a meal or just experiment and mix it in with something you already enjoy. Me personally, i'd go for the nuts + raisins combo |

Raisins + Plain Greek Yogurt + Granola + Honey. Good stuff for breakfast or a snack.

Sounds like someones on a bulking diet. If you don't like raisins, don't eat raisins. Just eat heaps of chicken, pasta, bread and ceaser salads. They all pack on the carbs, and then have a meal replacement shake/snack inbetween your 3 main meals. Also drink alot of milk |

But really, the biggest factors are how often you eat, and how much. Potatoes are really good for that too. Raisins aren't going to do jack for you, and I don't know who's telling you that. lol |
