How do I eat large quantities of them without hating myself?

if you have cereal for breakfast you could mix them with that, its what I do

That seems good, since I am trying to eat them for the carbs, so the cereal will help too. Any suggestions on eating them throughout the day?

throughout the day I'd just keep them with me and have a handful every now and then with nuts/other snacks. They're such a small snack that you could supplement them with a meal or just experiment and mix it in with something you already enjoy.

Me personally, i'd go for the nuts + raisins combo

Raisins + Plain Greek Yogurt + Granola + Honey. Good stuff for breakfast or a snack.

I actually find raisins to be unpleasant when eaten alone, but I can eat them all day in cereal

wait so youre packing on the carbs, not cutting carbs? Because I know how to load on the cards without this raisin crap.

Sounds like someones on a bulking diet.
If you don't like raisins, don't eat raisins.
Just eat heaps of chicken, pasta, bread and ceaser salads. They all pack on the carbs, and then have a meal replacement shake/snack inbetween your 3 main meals.
Also drink alot of milk

I'm actually trying to beef up a bit myself, and I can tell you that this definitely works.

But really, the biggest factors are how often you eat, and how much. Potatoes are really good for that too.


Raisins aren't going to do jack for you, and I don't know who's telling you that. lol
