Help With Raisins
How do I eat large quantities of them without hating myself?

if you have cereal for breakfast you could mix them with that, its what I do

Figure out why you hate yourself then do something about it. Do yo really hate yourself cause you eat a bunch of em?

Sounds like someones on a bulking diet.
If you don't like raisins, don't eat raisins. Just eat heaps of chicken, pasta, bread and ceaser salads. They all pack on the carbs, and then have a meal replacement shake/snack inbetween your 3 main meals. Also drink alot of milk |
