Also make sure to keep checking your ticket status; sometimes they resolve them without replying back.

It says responded, but nothing has been resolved. Is it because I replied to the same message because I forgot something?

If you don't mind could you send me a forum PM with the issue? It's possible they read it and decided to leave the issue as it was and so they didn't feel the need to reply. \

It has happened to me several times.

Depends on the server, staff checking it.
iEra checks it every day and responds if we can unless its something that needs snk's attention

It's for iZone. Been 3 days. I'm dying of boredom. I can't do anything on Zone.

Yeah, unfortunately you're at the mercy of whoever's job it is to check the support tickets on zone

What is the nature of your problem?
I would say Alex could, and tashkin definitely could access the support site.
