Well they shouldn't know it themselves either, but I guess it can happen. Whether or not it's done purposefully or not is what would determine if it's fine or not.  

If i wanted a PR(lol i never one to be one, boring) everytime i would log into my PR account i would screen record, that way when i visit this forum and see someone describe why they were jailed with lies here and there and i was in that scenario, i would just post the vid.

No, it's absolutely necessary to verify if there are players solicitation stuff via PMs, which is where most of the solicitation occurs.

doesn't seem like something standard GPs should be given access to, feels weird for them to be able to see private conversations
if anything bad is going on in PMs then I don't see how any harm can be done considering there is a block feature, but that's just me

I'm comfortable with experienced staff having access, but if it's given to every GP then that sucks
just Graal though, not like anything sensitive goes on in PMs, but can see how it could be misused

I know you're not a gp, but as you're the only Admin who isn't blind to others opinions that's come on this thread do you know any reason as to why evidence isn't given on bans?

It's not something every GP can do. They typically have to ask higher staff to check(and provide a reason) and then only the appropriate information is used, otherwise the higher staff just tells them there was nothing found.

Nope, there is evidence however. But most of the time this is handled separately from the punishment in a sort of log. If you appeal to something they will check this log and see if the evidence aligns with what happened to the player. If there's not substantial proof then it's overturned, otherwise it is upheld. Players like to complain that their ban was unjust but nearly every single time I've been curious and checked their account there's a ton of things they have conveniently left out of the story.

Quite recently Rufus quizzed me about messages I had received from "Ben" the DDoS guy after I had asked what was the point in bringing down the server as he wanted to know - rightfully - my reason behind talking to him. Of course, I never did anything unjust, and I really appreciated talking to Rufus directly.  

It seems that the reading of Private Messages has a similar system to a warrant. That's pretty cool.  

I'm not saying I'm for or against evidence (not really my choice anyway) but my main question is why should it be provided? You haven't provided many strong points yourself. What do you need it for? To confirm that you got banned for a reason? Surely if you were banned then you should know why. And if you didn't do anything wrong, then you'll be unbanned. You don't need evidence to provide to support that you were banned fasley. If you really were banned falsely, a ticket should be enough to get you unbanned.

Just my two cents. Also, sorry if my message seemed copy and pasted, but really submitting a ticket is the best thing you can do.  

I was banned for " Scamming " And never scammed anyone apparently my close friend did BUT I didn't know me and him are the same person maybe because we talk a lot but they denied all my tickets and I had to wait for the 800 hours to be over bogus I would like to see the proof they had that I was scamming.

Edit: Also I remember when I had like 2k kills I was FOREVER banned for "Uploading" because the Admins said this body was not allowed when they kept accepting it I got in a argument how I wouldn't of bought this head if I couldnt of got the body and if it wasn't allowed why do the admins keep accepting it ( Because the head was a rainbow dino head ) and long story short I was banned unfairly and they denied all my tickets


I then took a break mad because I spent over 50$+ on graalets then get banned for uploading months later I come back and I resend 1 single ticket and they accept it and said " I'm sorry" I also got a sorry from darkstar the admin Looking back at this now he was a newer admin i guess and I was also a newer player that still proves unjust things can happen lol still I agree I think there should be evidence provided because just like this experience I was denied many times in ticket and not in till months later get Unperm banned from uploading

If the body wasn't allowed how did they accept it? If they reject it/sell it then don't try reuploading it, especially spamming the file. There are also different rules for bodies than heads I believe.
