Is Graal Police even a player relations job anymore though? To me it seems like if they are going to remove the only option to contact them then it would make sense that their job is to moderate player activity.

I have no idea, but if the single way that we're able to interact with GPs is through reports then I think that there needs to be some sort of better reports system, like some sort of in-game support center UI or something. It's not very fulfilling to report someone and then just assume that it'll be handled with no interaction from either side.

We need VAC but for Graal...GAC  

The information kiosk should come back, because.. If an admin is discharged for something bad, and the info kiosk was still up, that admin would learn humility, so he/she doesn't do anything else bad like that. It's a lesson of Humility. If you don't want to be humiliated, then don't cause something that would humiliate you, simple. Like I'm sure several people have said, the info kiosk should be kept, so admins can be contacted. Even so, how would anyone know that EVERY graalian would spam admins with unnecessary questions?

Everyone thinks their own problems are more important and dire than every other players, and thus need immediate and personal response.

The report button, isn't always reliable. In the very least, I think that it should be more user-friendly (i.e. there should be admins making sure that a report is entirely warranted or not warranted)

It shouldn't be about humiliation, because all that will do is demoralize him/her and no one would want really go to them for help (and if they do, it's just to find out what they did, which equals spam). Also, that just brings more of a reason to take it away again. It should be more about knowing who is still is administrating. They don't tell us who is and who isn't still an admin, so how are we to know not to go to them (unless they do tell you who isn't an admin anymore and I never knew)? I've only found out an admin has been fired/quit through gossip, and hell if I know how they got that information Anyway knowing who's admin should be more of a purpose than humiliating them.
