I'm currently watching 'Another'. It's very dark, that's all I can say at the moment. The first episode sucks you in, and it compels you to continue watching. I'm currently on episode 4. I suggest watching 'Another' during the night, alone, and.. without the lights. (if you've got balls) Anyway, the basic plot takes place in a school, and focuses upon the death of a girl that happened 26 years ago. This girl was in class 3, the supposedly 'cursed' class, and it is believed by many students that the curse has been carried on. I'd say this anime is fairly well animated. If you're into dark things, suspense, death, etc I suggest giving it a shot. Here's the link to episode 1: http://www.gogoanime.com/another-anime-episode-1 |

Watching Slam Dunk: I've watched the whole series before way back when but it brings old memories back. I just finished watching the first 3 episodes. Of how Sakuragi always gets dumped by girls and finally meets the one for him. He meets the basketball super rookie Rukawa and even has a one on one showdown with the highschool basketball captain in front of the whole school! He somewhat prevails in this handicap one on one and now is on the basketball team, learning basketball day by day where later he considers himself to be the rebound king. Slam Dunk has the kind of comedy that no current anime has right now. This is my third time watching and it's still hilarious! You should try it out. |

I am watching a show at the moment called samurai flamenco. Its basicly about a young model called masayoshi who has always wanted to become a superhero and becomes samurai flamenco before he then meets police officer goto who also has a long distance relationship too a character (wont spoil it) You would think that this show is just an average show but the fact it is directed by Takahiro Omori who has directed baccano and durarara (baccano being my faveourite show, it is so amazing) |

I watched some more episodes of Kuroko no Basket Season 2, Magi The Kingdom of Magic, and tried the first episode of Samurai Flamenco. The first episode was okay. I'll keep watching to see if it gets any better.

Lately, I've only been watching ongoing series instead of marathoning through older series, due to me reading a lot of Romance manga instead lately. Really liking this Season, would have to say my ranking for the ones I've seen are: 1. Golden Time 2. NouCome (My Mental Choices) 3. Kyoukai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundaries) 4. Outbreak Company 5. Yu-sibu (I Couldn't Become a Hero, So I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job.) 6. Log Horizon 7. Samurai Flamenco 8. Little Buster Refrain 9. Unbreakable Machine Doll 10. Strike the Blood 11. IS: Infinite Stratos 2 12. Galilei Donna 13. Wanna be the Strongest in the World 14. Kill La Kill 15. Romanze Walkure Ones I really want to mention is Golden Time, NouCome and Wanna be the Strongest in the World. Golden Time so far is such a good romance drama, the Creator of ToraDora still live up to his works, really looking forward to it everyday. NouCome is just a laughing riot each episode. The main character is suffered to a curse where he is giving two outrageous choices that most of the time they will end up bad, and he MUST choose either or. Strongest in the World, now this series, has to be one of the hardest series to watch. More harder then any Gore anime I've seen. I'm not a big fan of Sports anime, or female wrestling, but the series is very gruesome and always left me wanting to watch more to see what'll happen and if it'll get any better. |
