Also my condolences to the friends and family of Jacko_Macko as I assume you will be getting a persistent manipulative earful from him.

His ban reason is listed as "Unstable Instigator - Malicious and Non-Beneficial".

Actual reasons for his ban is that he is generally an unstable person who goes out of his way to intimidate, threaten and harass other players whether they're doing him ill or not. He is unable to drop or let go of anything negative value to him.

He has been actively griefing and harassing other players on several of the server's instances on a near daily basis.

While we all generally tolerated this personality trait of his (with lament). Given he was unable to admit his wrong doings or showing that he would not stop his actions even under the previous punishment of 'nerfing access to abusive items that he had been actively using against other members of the community'.

I watched as he threatened, I've watched as he has griefed, and I have watched as he has harassed- He has had plenty of warnings and hints to drop his act but refused to do so; So ultimately I showed him the door.

His last note to me is that he used to think I was someone who was nice;
Oh I am nice, but I get to pick and choose who I am nice to- And malicious runts do not get any condolences from me. I treat everyone equally governing their observed actions and behaviors, friend or not.

Mattkan may instate a time when he feels you may have cooled off and are fit to be unbanned. My recommendation is at least 1~2 weeks, however I feel you will never cool off and in the mean time will only build up more malicious intents to carry out in any given moment of hospitality to abuse.
