Graalians Minecraft II
 

We're happy to announce that we're reopening the official Graalians Community Minecraft Server! (This time the server does not require any client modding or tekkit, so we should be able to stick around for a while.)

Like before, the server has PVP disabled, so please don't try to kill your neighbors. The server is still in survival mode, however, so be weary of zombies, pigmen... and your stomach.

You are free to build anywhere on the server outside of the spawn area as long as you do not interfere with the creations of others. That being said, please mark all of your areas with a sign; in-the-way buildings sitting idly with no markings may be deleted over time. Like on the old server, the general number-one rule is simply to respect other players. Griefing (destroying) the creations of other players and abusing the system may result in your rights revoked or even a ban. (We have LogBlock running so we'll know it was you.)

I'm glad you brought it up.

Here are reasons why Tekkit did not succeed:

• There were plugins that only provided partial information about griefing, etc.
• There were many bugs you could abuse to destroy others houses and steal from chests.
• Lots of people had a little bit too much fun with Tekkit, and we couldn't always figure out who it was.
• The server constantly crashed because of some Tekkit lag destroying the server.

All of those issues are fixed, and I intend to keep this server up for a very long time like Graalians Minecraft 2 was before 1.3 came out. (And I believe 1.4 is coming out somewhat soon, but the map will not be deleted for thatlike it was for the 1.3 update.)
