LMFAO. Nothing will change with new staff, you'll fire them the first chance you get. What needs to happen is that you get your unintelligent self as far away from Zone as possible.

So in other words you have no staff because the one's who left even one's before you was treated like ****e to work with no rewards no real benefit while highers did jack **** and rewarded themselves this is so backwards. I doubt you'll get the staff who can create the quality you need to head zone in the right direction now, as the damage is already done. Full of promises but when it comes to it you still haven't gone through with any ANY of the statement/ideas/etc you said: -new tileset -new quest system -better leveling - more point of being high lvls -more missions after that -restock of events shop that's been there a millennium etc etc etc This thread basically tells it all. That you can't do any updates on your own initiative always relying on others to do the work while you do absolutely nothing. You reap what you sow. |

Fix your management before hiring people to fix zone for you guys pls. Because if you guys cant manage staff well, most probably they will all leave without making any significant changes that's effective long term.
