The main difference between a weabo and a nerd is probably the difference in intelligence.

On one hand you've got complete ******s who literally knows nothing about the world outside of anime and on the other hand you've got legit gifted people who are just a little bit out of touch with others.

One will probably live to become a doctor, lawyer, or obtain some other high-class occupation while the other will literally live off their parents until they die, spending what little cash they have to curb their anime obsession.
