On topic: Everyone starts out differently and I think generally the new generations of players to come also come from what popular culture in the real world is now. I started looking at these players that could be from 2015. So if you want to say 2015 and onward are ruined players, don't blame them. Most of what it seems to be is merely elementary and early middle school kids. So anyone in popular culture in the real world could influence them. I'm sure many of you know how kids are known to "monkey see, monkey do." |

The problems of the 2015 community are the same as the 2012,2013 ext. communities, just manifested in different ways.

In my opinion it depends on the server. For example all the iServers are filled with younger players, and scattered with some oldies. Yet the Playerworlds are mostly filled with oldies keeping the server alive. Generally the older players are more mature because they're older, but not necessarily, if I had to say it's kind of the same playerbase as every year, just we don't have a lot of the same players as last year or the years before.

I'm going to take Sardon's side on this one. Classic has achieved a whole new playercount with there being over 3000 people on. Remember back in like 2011 when Revolution was opened because we hit like 2100 people online? Back when that was going on, people were doing things. Everyone was pking, everyone was sparring (50 people in the first spar room which is now the streaking room), tons of people joining the biggest tower guilds (I joined AGK War Section to help out for like half an hour and there were about 55 people online in that one guild), family guilds were popular too and everyone was active. My point being, more players (mainly new generation) idle around than there ever used to be. Not as much people are pking or sparring, no one joins the higher up tower guilds, families such as Zanza or Myste are dead, hype about the staff is gone (lets admit it, it was fun looking up to them making them look extremely popular), and no one goes out to explore much anymore (and if they do, they dont really start conversation like we used to). Now it's time to contradict myself a little just for the sake of seeing all sides of it. Exploring: -I saw less people around after the new tileset came out, I don't know why, but whatever. -A bunch of cool places were taken away -Second half of dw, the caves of dw, the area when that whole new dw quest came out one of those years with the skeleton morphs and all - Places with passwords to get to a 'special area'. Fear the Tree and Rudora (Skyld's old server) should ring a bell.. 2 old passwords. Ya know like Skyld's treehouse, or Jezzle's house (in Swamptown on the right side.. the water area by the SoS Building). -That area of Swamptown with Jezzle's House and the SoS Building...... -When VIP came out, the 'Facebook Server' area was really cool. But it's gone. I could go on and on but you get the point. Tower Guild Hype Decrease: -1k hat, 5k hat.. so on. Prizes in general -My take on it is this: if your guild had a hat chaser, it should've been fine as long as he worked hard. If you were in a tower guild and you were active, you should at least get a reward for being a good member. I was in Advent V and Reborn, people always said that they didn't care about getting the hat. Those people were good members, so even then it was good that they got their reward. This was all before a limited amount of people got a reward. Now in Aganari, all of the same hardworking members from Reborn along with new members were in it. A select amount of people get their hat leaving a ton of other people getting screwed over. If people devoted so much of their time on a game just trying to get their guild to achieve whatever hour goal they had, getting a hat should be the least of their reward. I dont know what happened.. Every guild now recruits by saying they have hat spots open. Now it's all about the hat which is pretty lame, even though it is nice to get in the end. There's another thread about Guild Competition.. Well remember I said AGK War Section had like 55 people online at once? Guilds now hold towers with somewhere from 9-17 players online. VeNuS GoSpeL used to have more than that. Chain of Memories used to have more than that. Characters Japan had more than that. Soul of Ninjas had more than that. Even though I blame people idling for this, I mainly blame reward limitations for it. I'm starting to get bored writing this post, so agree/disagree, develop on what I started, or bash my thoughts, go for it. hmmmm I didn't read the whole thread before I made my comment.. but I still appreciate you allowing me to rant and toss around my thoughts haha |

but a small part of my post was my opinion, I do beleive new players are meaner(idk if thats a word lol screw the dicktionary) to eachother, when I began people would ignore me if they did not want to talk to me instead of walking around and calling people noobs even though they have 15h. |

When I was a noob the old players just trapped new players in their houses to scam honor points.
