When you blow up a barrel sometime it will drop an item, poison or nothing and the headband is one of the items.

What? The headband is an item in bomb spar that allows you to carry a bomb with you and chose when to detonate it, not a hat.

Before you pick it up its a headband once picked up its a red bomb on your robots head
