But i when they delet my money than i spam xor the e-mails from apple that i bought gralat packs

Shouldn't spam email, or feedback and reports either, in fact. Lessens the chance of staff actually taking your word seriously, and makes it take longer to go through the emails, so others have to wait even longer for a response!

I mean with spaming that i have to put many e-mails from apple in the e-mail to show him that i bought emm  

problem is that u don't get any email or whatever when u payed with your mobile.
i have no idea what to do now.

Does you'r provider have a hompage where you can visit ur calls, for what you have payed?
idk how it works in USA...
But i can watch by my provider for what i was paying, how many sms i was sending,...

Contact your mobile provider. I know where I live, some providers allow you to view purchases like this online if you know where to look.

In germany is the good thing that evry provider have to show it over letter to home or over e-mail
A few providers have a homepage where you can watch it your self
login is the mobilephone number and the PIN is the PW

Similar in the US, but I really don't have much use for it.  

Nuuuu ;(. I'd do what these guys are saying and send them your receipts of gralat packs. There have been so many people hacking their gralats and I just heard about it recently O.o. They probably did mistake you for one of those hackers.

Yea, this sucks because they take forever to answer emails... :/
