Your gralats are reset to zero, which tells me you gralat hacked... Unless you bought a ton of gralat packs and staff mistakenly banned you. Which in this case, you should email the staff at [email protected] with your receipt for the packs and explain the problem. Make sure you write in the subject as ATTN: Xor.

I do have receipts for gralat packs but i only had 19,000 gralats... Why would they suspect i hacked..? I was unaware it was even possible to hack gralats

I'm not sure if it was you or not, but yesterday I did see someone with over 1 million gralats. Whoever farms for that long, the world may never know. If my memory is right, sorry about that. If I'm wrong, you should definitely shoot Xor an email.

You get emailed receipts from Apple when you buy something. Forward that to Xor (you can edit your personal info out to something like xxxxxxxxxxxx like I did) and email subject should be ATTN: Xor, so staff knows the email is directed to Xor.

Usually you should get them E-Mailed by iTunes. Otherwise you can get the staff (Xor, Stefan as example) to contact iTunes if itīs true. As long as that would be the reason you have been banned for.

When did you send them? If you sent them recently, wait a while. It sucks that you are banned, but more emails doesn't mean that staff will be able to read them sooner.

ahaha sorry for confusion!

Yeah, forward the receipt. You can block out your personal information such as name, address, etc.
