Missing Gralat Packs?
If you've purchased Gralat packs and didn't receive them, please forward a copy of your receipt to [email protected]. Label the Subject "Attn: Xor; Gralat Pack Not Received" so that it will land in his inbox. Please note, none of the other staff (including myself) can get you your gralats. The only way to fix this is to contact Xor via e-mail with your receipt. This is the same for iEra, iClassic, and Facebook Classic.

I didn't receive two gralat packs, so I sent the receipt. However, for some reason I was only refunded one failed Gralat pack, so I went to iTunes and got the $2.99 refunded back to my iTunes account.

Actually, I had a gralat problem some months ago I had emailed to Xor. I actually received the gralats with a spare iTunes credit, but they disappeared and went back to the exact number before I bought them when I logged on my computer. Weird, huh? Anyways, I emailed Xor just as Azrael pointed out above (thanks to Vyse and his direction + help, thanks buddy!), and my problem was sorted out. Xor gets many emails and other notifications from all different servers, and he also has a life outside Graal just like all (if not, most ;)) of us. However, you can take it from me firsthand; Emailing Xor about your problems will work if you do so correctly, as Az pointed out above. Don't give up or not even try because you think you will not get an answer... It really does work.

My brother purschased alot of gralats pack last year, that he never received. And now I found this thread I thought I could help him with getting them. Do you think Xor can fix it when it's so long way back ?

:confused: the receipt is the email sent to you by itunes when you purchase something right? ive had 4 gralat packs from awhile back sooo do i like attach the whole email to xor or do i have to print it..then scan it then attach it as a pdf?
