No ones taking them seriously, I just want to know why someones allowed to actively cheat and not be punished for it, same goes with a few sparrers.

I'm not surprised you completely ignored the original post in order to randomly say something about the title, next time try and read the first post in a thread, you can usually find it by going to page 1 of the thread and scrolling up.  

He doesn't have adiam friends because he has no friends in general :‘)

asked a few of his guilds members and they all seem unwilling to tell me what hes using to warp around, I'm assuming they all know he cheats and aren't willing to tell me why he does and what he's using to do it.
