Instead of telling me I'm misinformed on the matter, wouldn't it be better to tell Blackfires to show us progress and initiative instead? smh zone will never change.

Just saying, you don't have access to any of the staff chats so there's no way for you to know that Blackfires doesn't have anything planned.

As well, he literally has a whole team of people working under him that have their own ideas.

Wether he has plans or not is irrelevant. All past managers also had illuminating plans, but guess what happened? Exactly, nothing. They were all discarded because the managers weren't capable nor competent enough to finish them, or even start them for that matter.

For the sake of clarity though, could you name one thing that Blackfires has done that has been beneficial for the server?

Non-obvious answer: Blackfires has provided the most stable management since Tashkin. He isn't involved with any petty drama, doesn't hire friends just to give them staff rewards, no scandals...

He isn't a long-term Zone player, yes, but when he works on something he always asks the team what their thoughts and opinions are, and discusses player suggestions with us as well.
