The email Alpho gave is probably the best one to email. I got pretty quick responses few times I had to message them.

How recent were these emails?

There are quite a few of us with the same problem. I haven't been able to log in for about 5 months now, it seems like we're going to need new accounts because the support is nonexistent.

Well, that's if you consider PWA an actual position. In these last couple of years I doubt its been a real position.
