You got to learn to accept other opinions, I, for example, like your hats unless it's either the ice cube or the ***** sock. Instead of answering with a pinch of salt, be like "What did you not like, how could I improve it?". Maybe he didn't mean the pixel work itself but the idea, such as me not liking the idea of wearing an ice cube.  

Mine were the ornament beanie, antlers, event hats, snow man mask, elf hat and the furniture set. Please tell me how i could improve my graphics for next time round

I don't know maybe make something more appealing? Idk. The furniture was basically either reuses or trash, the hate had a few good ones in there. I can't actually give feedback like shading wise and color or whatever, I can only say that none of it was appealing.  

Yeah the furniture set was sprung on me just before release so it was the best i could do on the spot with no time

I like them all except for the snowman hat. It's not because of the graphical appearance, rather the concept of the mask. The snowman mask needs to be a lot bigger imo for it to look good

No, dave said he was making a furniture set which turned out to be a recolour of socks on a banner idek.

Last minute i got asked to provide a table and chairs which had 2 chairs but they only added the red one....

Well you are the gfxa, you should be leading your team in what to do and what not to do. I don't get how stuff is stacked on you. Delegation Is how you manage  

I made the large painting, I'm sure it wasn't that bad.
