i think that's government/cops job to find it out and try to stop. i still think it's better than just leaving things the way it is and get more casualties every year.

Wouldn't it make a little more sense to take all legally registered guns away from people and if anyone doesn't hand them over then if any incident happens and that gun is the one used in the incident the owner of that gun will also be charged in some way.(Atleast then it removes majority out of the system-i think many of these mass shooting a from mentally ill people not necessarily gangsters) Plus allow arming the police .

Think from UK same as me, we have rare cases of killings even if illegal guns ARE in circulation here also some allow registered guns for i.e clay pigeon shooting etc but barely any cases of multiple murders.(Guess we get a few now and then i.e Raul Moat? can't really think of many others)

Ya he's right. A bunch of really grumpy people decided to steal a bunch of ****, including land and religion. Now we continue to tell everyone to **** themselves because we are still kind of grumpy.

You realize gun security isn't just an American thing, right?

Other countries have different laws and they either work or don't work, just like ours.

So why shut out input from others?  

the city next to mine is very large, and very criminally active. ever seen the show drugs inc? there was an episode filmed there. would never go there without packing. have had a gun pulled on me several times at stop lights and such for no reason. the police can't save you if you're dead.

My country is bigger eh and we don't think much aboot guns because they are uncommon and hard to register.

people argue that they need to defend themselves but from what?
if everyone can get a gun does that mean they have to defend themselves from eachother?

Of course I realize other countries have laws on gun control. The Europeans in the thread made that rather clear.  

So why are you ****ing bricks when they state their opinion about gun control?

They're countries probably have distinct laws concerning ownership of guns so its not like they don't have any right to speak on the matter.

Man to this guy it's almost as if different countries have different things that work and don't work depending on individual circumstances. What an outlandish thought, am I right Shift?  

Whether or not something works isn't the issue. The people of the United States as a majority need to want change for change to happen.
