Seems like you're doing huge shapes and trying to shade them with the gradient tool. Focus on doing more pixel-pixel work rather than just drawing a huge vague shape and calling it a ninja helmet. You did this more with the AFK mask but it lacks texture and shading near vital areas. I have never liked hats similar to Chillax Combo and therefore I have nothing to say about it, but the Top Hat is nice. |

They are all nice except the ninja helmet, the shading is honestly awful... other than that they all are ok...

I don't mind the shape of the hats but you need to improve the shading by a whole lot. never use gradient as a shading tool unless you're going to pixelate/dither/edit those colors correctly

I dont like the yellow dots Dx mabye try more dark colours for a ninja mask, notice my ninja head in my status and the body are dark colours, black, charcoal, grey and dark blue, instead of fluro green with some yellow
