Your deductive reasoning doesn't make sense:
By adding more base colors, especially two that players need, they have limited some of their VIP income, I used to buy VIP just for the orange and now its free.

less money spent + more creativity = more happiness = more activity = higher chance of becoming enthralled = higher future chance of player shoveling money into unimax's mouth

Those colors should have been there to begin with. Before it was discriminatory towards people who aren't white.
Nobody should have to pay to be non-white.

Graal staff didn't choose the old colors. If you're trying to make an ass out of me with sarcasm.

People have never been forced to pay to be "non-white"

People were fine with using the full "non-white" body.

The only thing that I can think of is giving those who don't have the customization pack a chance to use a "non-white" male & female head, for diversity.

You don't see zetectic complaining about the lack of "non-european" heads.

Not sure what's so hard or racist about saying brown, or asian... They are not racist terms, in case you didn't know. Obviously don't say yellow, but saying brown is not racist, when you are referring to the color of a head in a game.

I wasn't fine with it, it doesn't even come close to matching my skin tone. If anything was just a hideous choice if a dark red.
