Unable to "resolve your email issues" Locked out of account
Not sure what section to post this in so move it if it's in the wrong section please. TLDR will be at bottom. I have access to my accout via the iEra facebook client. I want the email that it is identified to to be changed so I sent a support ticket using the website http://support.toonslab.com clearly stating my issue. Here is what i said. "Additional information provided by the player: I want to change the email linked to my account. The account Graal Id is Graalxxxx. The email linked to the account is/email the account is identified on is [email protected]. I am submitting from a different email as I am unable to login to the email [email protected]. Which is why i am requesting my account Graalxxxxx be changed to/identified to [email protected]" (graal id and email are changed for security reasons.) I got a reply shortly after stating "Graal staff are unable to change emails of accounts. You will have to contact your email provider to resolve your email issues." I have tried multiple times to contact my email provider but have had no success due to the fact it was my first email and I made it around 7-8 years ago using a phone number that doesnt exist and fake birthdate. (The email the account was made by is hotmail I now use gmail) I talked to their live chat and filled out a questionaire but am unable to get back into it. My main concern is if I am able to access my account and I am the only IP that has been accessing it why can't the email be changed? I'm sure many people could vouch including staff to say that I am the owner of the account. I also do understand the for security reasons they tell people to sort out the issue with the email provided.(account stealing etc) The only reason I am able to access the account still is because my facebook account has a backup email with the email I used to create my graal account. If anyone can help me regain access I would greatly appreciate it. TLDR:Lost access to account tried multiple times to contact email provider to no success. Have sent in a ticket to toonslab and have been told to contact email provider. Stuck in an endless loop. Like i said just now to Bryan "I know the password to the email and I know which email is identified to the account as I still have access to the account through Facebook but my email account thinks "someone else is using it" causing it to be locked until i confirm that i own it. Thus I am unable to confirm I own it because of how old it is. "

Im having same kind of trouble with my Ol staff account:everytime I try log in I get disconnected and then email is sent to me about IP Range -so go to confirm(gives code) yet code doesn't even work on graalonline link given.. then it says on client to email [email protected] which I did with the issue like week ago yet not heard anything at all from that, it also seems to regive the IP range confirmation each time i try log in. (but other servers on client work) Oh I've tried changing passwords etc of the actual account but didn't help at all. |

Also, the reason why you keep getting a notification each time you try and log in is because you don't have a static IP address. Hope I helped a little! |

it's been almost 5 years since graal stopped transferring stats to another email due to all the drama and complexity. they have to manually create a new profile and copy paste all the items.
