I don't want zone to be entirely covered with nature but grass REALLY does help take out the blueness

Has anyone ever seen the move Laputa Castle in the sky? I wished zone would look like that, a very peaceful place in the sky a lot of nature as well as new technology.

i love laputa but i guess its kind of too ancient for zone...probably

but it can be more like... terrans with this ancient maps from starcraft 1

Yeah but what I was thinking was more futuristic, but still with some harmony to nature. If we reset the scene of Zone, I think we could pull something of.

Let's just assume, that earth as we know it is dead. It was man who destroyed it with modern nuclear weapons. However, due to some people's will to live, the human race still exists. Approx. 2,000 of us escaped in pods into an old space vegetation station (where they grow plants in space ) and we started to rebuild. We built...Skyworld! Where top modern technologies existed, a thriving civilian population and a beautiful scenery of oceans, jungles and grasslands.

Imagine if Zone was like that, An amazing city, grasslands with villages, and other unexplored areas. It would be like candy to the eye.

Tbh I feel the tiles should be somewhat cartoony like classic (personal bias)

But that would make it easier for other/future staff to stay within a certain type of style to avoid the hideous clashes that plague the server now  

I actually wouldn't mind seeing zone take on the classic style of graphics. I feel the theme and what they could do with that style would separate it enough from classic anyways  

I want an actual futuristic theme. Not a post-apocalyptic theme.  

Like last night I had this crazy dream about new York+zone+rainbows+new tileset

and for some reason I really remember the dream don't judge plez

Yeah we need to have it mainly futuristic, i dont think anything ancient would work  

ancient theme is off the list... Me personally I always wanted zone to be wacky and colorful. I'll admit it. Before all these new sort of guns and tiles came out (aka the desks,walls,chairs,and signs) I really liked how zone was a different type of futuristic, something like lasers and colors and not sci fi with dark modern guns.

To me the guns like rippers,ap pirces,chaingun, etc. started pushing zone away from the sort of futuristic it was going with in the first place. (izone, not zone)
