With foods removal that will be the exact thing that happens. Whether or not they're healing themselves or others, it'll heal anyone in that radius. This would also allow us to add on some changes to the actual burning of wood such as greater healing rates on each log and different kinds of ashes. |

Remove Food = Fire is the reliable source because it would be the only source. Fire as dominant = a few more things we can add to the fires since it is now the reliable source of healing. |

Honestly this would make olwest more of an mmorpg which I like. You can actually have people ready with heals to heal your team back up |

If you make the fire heal me as fast as food, fire to be cheap, not time consuming, easy to handle, guarantee everyone will have fire even myself then go ahead but I shouldn't wait 30 seconds to get the same amount of hp as if I used food plus fire can be broken by anyone

Well we got our clerics... XD Just like you have food to rely on your self with, you can have fire. And also, the freebie should give out fire logs(connot be sold) instead of food ;P

Food should be removed in bases, and if it is not in the short-term, then at least remove it when the healing staffs/weapons are released (cant remember if they were going to release a healing weapon actually). But if a healing weapon is released, then both that and firemaking will be used, and have a more strategic basing, without food. This also means, more gralats will be spent on buying the healing weapon, and firemaking will become more common. The healing weapon should also be able to heal others, and not yourself. |

so you want one guy with a weapon healing 8+ allies for free and make foods useless so you don't have to waste any money?
