After spending time off the staff team from Zone I can honestly say that I think Zone has always had a horrid staff team, in comparison to other servers, and that is just based off the time I spent working there; from what I have heard the staff team is even worse, almost non existent. To make zone a functioning server I believe, like I always have, the server needs a 100% overhaul. This is something that takes a few years usually, and would need an entirely new staff team, with staff that are actually qualified for the work they are doing (As far as I'm concerned they havent had any remotely qualified staff for over a year now).

PD and Alex is manager? Oh **** this server is going to die quick. PD don't do shiiiiiiiiiit.

Then we should go in and make small changes at a time then. We start off small
Rebalance weapons for PK not spar (like they are now)
Buff jobs back to the way they were
Make the main base be iricia and huge profits for those who particapate in it
Remove unlimited ammo

Once thats done then little by little we as a community work on the tile set, we all contribute something to it then someone put it all together. At the same time we also rehaul classes entirely.
If we all contribute (even a little) we can have izone at a stable state in weeks. In a month classes, in 2 months a tileset and gmap. We can make izone ours

Dude if we had 20+ people working on one project, stuff would get done quickly. Especially if people from other servers would pitch in a small amount of work. That is 100% do able. Look this game is a coumminity built game, we should all be helping not the current set up that sucks ass of make an offical team to do everything and make that geoup extremley exclusive. 100% open community, anyone can contribute anything, codes, graphics, ganis etc  

If big servers (Era/Classic) helped us a bit, Zone would be better.

While I was the Gani Admin on Zone, I tried getting ti places but they were too focused on holidays. How about something big, and in the Zone theme...

No, zone never needed any server help (even though snk and Xor did help Zone atleast once [snk often helped, think Xor did only once] and even MD -Delterias manager back then- helped, even though all of his 'help" was stolen codes). All Zone was lacking was organization and a straight set up management, and coders from time to time.

However, I do highly support Graal servers helping eachother, not just caring for their own sakes. A global team made out of X people would be cool, who only stay temp. staff on any server to finish atleast one project per server monthly (considering how huge the project is, and how much time it consumes/people have). Sadly, Graals management isn't that open-minded.
Personally, I once tried to get such a team done back when I had the Esteria server as my personal playground.. I'd be down for it if I wasn't banned for account thief for no apparent reason lol.  

Instead of coming up with new ideas its best to just fix the problems zone has right now. The tileset for example is barfable. Seeing everything blue gets me bored quickly. If more colors are added it would be more interesting. The map is another issue. I don't like the fact that I have to wak through one specific road to get somewhere. Everything should be more open so people can use shortcuts or stop by places along the way. There are other problems that need fixing but fixing the ones I've listed can make a difference in this game  

Here's a question :
Even though we have people here who can contribute to reviving IZone, how are the efforts gonna be applied into the server itself? I mean, you have to be a staff and the manager's approval for the efforts to be added into the server, or so I think o_o  

I would help with this but I don't have Skype or any requirements for zp and graphics well I still don't have Skype I have to agree tho seeing zone get to where classic is would be nice because mangsi invaded classic lol

Zone suks, I think we should focus on other servers.
