That only occurs if you have the same IP (usually a relative or friend in same household).  

I saw an emote template, so we are able to make this kind of things?

Can someone clarify this for me? We are suppose to upload it to a site AND attach it to an email? What is the point of uploading it? Is this only to prevent the email from having multiple attachments if you plan on submitting several hats?

upload it to the sites provided, get the link for the item(s) and send the link(s) in the email

last year I got 5 hats out of over 50 presents, most of what I remember was food.

Also when the gralats are given they are normally significantly less than what was paid for them, also not worth the purchase.
