Yeah random enemies will sometimes drop legendary stuff but its super rare for that to happen.



I remember killing a loot midget and getting a Slagga from it.



But unfortunately it was level 15 or something so it didn't stay too useful for long.



Honestly, if you really want to get the most out of legendary weapons, complete the main storyline and get to max rank then go farming for legendaries.

Well the launched was very useful when you have to save roland, i got the launcher like level 4 now i'm level 13 and its still pretty useful.

I didn't buy Mr Torgue's Campaign of Carnage DLC ;.;

Last I remember I was trying to get the Conference Call which drops of the final boss but pretty much quit after 3 days of farming.  

Man i just beat Mr. Snowflake man i'm so bad. If i think hes hard.
