Recently purchased a $750 laptop from MicroCenter, and, I had a friend of mine, whose into hardware pick it out for me. Just curious how much value this has for the price I paid. General: 4 USB 3.0 64 Bit Harmon Kardon audio backlit keyboard (download more ram Kappa) Screen: 1980 x 1080 15'5" In RAM: 8 GB Processor: Intel Core i7-4720 HQ CPU 2.60 Ghz Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 M200X Hard drive: 1 TB 5400 RPM if you want any more info I can provide it, i'm not very good with hardware at all, so, this may not be everything in terms of specs, but, its what came off the top of my head. edit: rip title, i am tired, it looks bad x-x |

Do you know what exact model the GPU is? 200 series doesn't really say much. But considering it is R9 and you have an i7, it's probably a great deal for $750. Microcenter often has the best prices. |

Seems like a sweet deal to me. Add an SSD in there and you've got pretty much the top-most percentile for laptop power these days. Some people get particular about resolutions but I think 15" and 1080 is a good combo.
