I can't log out of my Ol'west Account! Whenever I tried to log out, I am still in my account. its just like restarting Ol'west and not logging out!

Please help!  

Here's some methods that might work.

1. Have another device or computer? Identify with that then, once logged in hit "Revoke Access".

2. Uninstall the app and then reinstall the app. It should log you out. Don't worry about uninstalling it. Your progress is saved on the server and won't be lost.

3. support.toonslab.com

Try those in order and see what works best.

Log on a mobile device or try entering incognito mode on your PC. Go to Google chrome and click Ctrl + Shift + N and connect. Sometimes it won't log you in. From there identify again then revoke.

That means you're on FB, like me. You'll have to manually go to accounts and click log off if you want to log into another account/email. Any account that remains logged in on FB will remain logged in, even if you click log out on FB. If those fail, try contacting toonslab like Nerox suggested.

Even after toonslab they may not be able to help. I would then, as I always do, recommend Xor. He is the Accounts Administrator and he might be able to bump you out. He can be reached at [email protected] Use him as a last resort though.

There's a *but* in what I suggested above, if you're trying to use the account on phone instead of pc in certain cases, just manually log out of the account/email on FB and try relogging it in back on phone. (Not guranteed this may work, so you might wanna ask other Phone users before doing so...)  

It happens on Facebook with me too, I always thought it was because my Facebook email was the same as my account email so I just imagined it was identifying itself through that aspect, or maybe it's just a bug, who knows?  

Happened to me for a FB acc. I had to resort to using another FB acc to log onto Ol'West since it wasn't a huge problem for me.
