I bet that the reason a lot of heads are denied is because the artist can't make the head readable, so the staff have no idea what they are looking at.

And simons, look at the head on the first page. Would you say that it is "readable"

There is no issue with the file. It was approved yesterday without any noticeable problems.

Yes, it was submitted for review yesterday. Possibly by the person who made your head. Anyway, it was approved back then.

It was denied every time. And even if it was approved, why would I of got banned?
I uploaded it twice, don't think that warrants a ban.
But I guess that's how it goes and nothing will change.

How is grey spiky hair with a headband and mask copyright?
How is that a hat?

Doesn't resemble this much at all, it took ideas from it. Also, why are there about 5 heads based of copyrighted anime on the default head pages if this isn't allowed.

I'm posting on here because toonslab support is useless.

Yes, the only part the would be maybe questionable would be the hair, which could be mistaken for a feather headdress by some people. Regardless though if I was a staff member though I'd deny it since 2/3s of the face is covered by some sort of mask/headband though and the only part actually visible is the eyes.

In my post I was referring more to all the other complaints about heads being denied.

1. It isn't copyright, nothing on Graal is copyrighted by any other organization; that's just a bull**** excuse to keep an obnoxious amount of fan art out of the game (which i think is perfectly fine)

2. 2/3 of the face is covered by mask leaving only the eyes visible. That is definitely a hat.

3. However useless toonslab is at helping you, Graalians.com will be 10x more useless. This is an unofficial forum, it is advertised here that in game issues will not be solved here (and in most cases any attempt to address those issues will be deleted. Plus, there isn't anyone here who actually has the authority to solve most of your problems... But hey if you think that an unofficial fan forum is a more effective way to get your issues resolved than the official support site then that is your deal I guess...

looks like a substitute to me.

In addition to that, when I was uploading I was told that all headbands should be denied because it encompasses all Naruto characters so the uploaders don't have to know the characters from the anime.

And if you were continuously sending the same custom over and over even so it's been declined for the same reason - a legitimate reason, then you're going to get banned, it's basically spam.

Dunno why this is a question so often, probably because half the uploaders abide by the rules and half of them don't. So half the people would get the same upload denied and the other would get it approved.

Well it looks like you won't get unbanned then, because submitting a ticket to support.toonslab.com is the only way.
