Find another game to play (personally this is the main reason I quit Graal becuz I found csgo and practically got addicted to that. Remember other games will take ur mind and attention off Graal)

i got a half year subscription for Runescape and wasted a month in front of a monitor (3-8 hours a day). i got confused whether i was a human or a robot. i pretty much quit playing games and lost in time for awhile and came back to graal. now im spending more time on graal than ever before.

Watching anime helps. cus its gonna bore u after like 20 episodes.  

Become staff on one of the servers. I believe that works the fastest at sucking the enjoyment out

My advice to anyone that wants to quit like actually wants to quit is to first delete the app and do not try to contact any friends that are from Graal

Personally I think it'd be better to keep communication with them some other way, one of the reasons people logon Graal or generally stick around is to talk with friends and stuff. I'm pretty sure just leaving them would make people miss it even more.

I think it's better to quit overtime and not just straight up delete the app, login less everyday and do other activities and eventually you won't feel the need to always play it but I still don't see the point in having to completely quit, no harm in logging in every now and then you guys just need to learn self control

Yeah I understand what you're saying, I said that from my experience because people kept begging me to come back or close friends that I know from Graal contact me through other apps trying to get me to play again.

I just thought any reminders of Graal wouldn't help quitting the game for good.

But I thought that I'm never going to meet these people irl so why bother? (God that sounds awful) not gonna lie though that would be something amazing and something I'd love to do. Graal is a great social game and you do develope close bonds with people from all over the world.

As someone who hasn't been regularly active since 2013, there are 2 simple steps:

1. A reason to quit other than attention seeking (eg education, sport, hobby).
2. A replacement activity to fill your time spent playing with.

You'll miss it first 2 weeks, but if you survive that you'll be fine. Why am I on the forums you ask? Refer to my custom subtitle, I have a bunch of forums that I visit on various occasions, pretty interesting how the Graalians community has changed and overall died down since the hay-day.

Have you not heard of the PokeNav?  

Play elders scrolls online unlimited :0 its the best mmorpg game ever , its for ps4 xbox one and pc ... If you play this you will forgett graal ;)  

I technically quit graal (although I came back years later)
Because this used to be my weekend thing when their was nothing good on tv I would open my computer and play on graal I started finding new things to do instead of playing graal later on when it got boring so I did them instead.
But that method will not work nowadays due to the mobile app being addictive  

You never quit Graal if you're on Graalians
