let's disadvantage the higher skill, higher experience players, sounds great

because no one should be better than someone else through time and effort, we should all be equal
because yes

if some1 loses spar they should b given the same rating the winnter is to make fair advantage in spar for newbies

The only time noobs should be given some sort of advantage is in the way of avoiding PKing as to not deter them away in the first impressionable minutes due to players practically harvesting them for easy kills++. And I don't mean an offensive advantage.
