You could just feedback it and the online staff that check feedback would notify someone that could fix it.

However, I like the idea of there being a button in the menu that allows you to message a random staff member for certain graal-related questions. The staff member's name could remain anonymous. There could be a message beforehand stating if this tool is misused then it could lead to having this privilege removed for the player, sort of like people can get banned from uploading or using feedback.

I think this actually a pretty nice suggestion.

I've never been admin so I can't argue with you about this , but I don't think it is really that hard to handle the pm's. Just don't let them see you online on the list/search list. Isn't that a new feature in options?

I'm in support of there not being a public staff list. Staff don't need their names public so that they can be bothered while they work, hell most of the people on that staff list shouldn't even have a staff account. I mean really, what does a graphics team member actually need a staff account for? And why would a player ever need to message that staff member?

If you have a problem with someone, the proper procedure is to use the report button, because that is the only way staff are going to help in that field.

If you have a question then there is the feedback button, or toonslab, or graalians. You don't need to spam staff with a question that is probably common sense. I honestly don't think that you can even come up with a question that you NEED to ask a staff member.

If you have any sort of account or game issue there is toonslab.

The stafflist was a product of old staff feeling they needed to be recognized for their mediocre work.

A former Gfx staff mentioned that you get 30k g for joining so you can get a personal head and body upload.

But some recognision should be there.
Even I who think that developers are worshiped like gods and its annoying think that players should know who is working for graal.

Who deals with player related questions ingame? then..(feedbacks barely answered/is for feedback.. toonlab usually waste of time/dont get informed within a standard chatting time + graalians you'd get bare abuse for making a thread like i.e: who uploads 1k hat+who to send too(just example) resulting in colin deleting thread. lol

there should be a list of staff, not having it just an simple way of not dealing with issues as per. A sign is no praise it's there to inform players.
