That would probably be due to its 'Christmas town' theme. Snow Town is a mess.

New towns aren't going to fix old ones and just expand the problem

Instead of remodeling towns it would be more beneficial to finish towns already located in the off-map spots, because they could either remodel an already released town or put in the same effort but finish with two towns instead of one.

I don't think it would help much anyways, when players want content it's usually something that actually adds to the game play and adding a cosmetic town doesn't really do that besides offer a few minutes of exploration.

Ya, let's sit and redo the entire server from the ground up to use new graphics to trick players into thinking there will be new content... instead of just making new content. You can't just "swap" these graphics in.

Damn right! The majority of the player-base only gives crap about (hats, mounts, VIP content, and different bomb skins). So just by remodeling or updating the graphics of towns, they will think "More hats are coming soon since they updated the buildings!" Still don't know why the boat of Balamb hasn't been used for the other boats. Who made that boat anyways?

Please just add something idgaf anything I just want to walk around a see something new or hear something or get killed something new.
