Alright then selling off the ol' poopbox 420 isn't an option unfortunately.

Since summer is really close, you'll have a lot of time to scrape together the money so don't worry too much about time.

You'll probably be able to make bank of things like mowing lawns and other stuff.

nobody in my neighborhood really need help with any of that ;-;

I'm thinking of selling chips/sodas/candies in school and other places. What do you guys think? Would this be a good idea? (Chips= $1 Sodas= $1.25 Candies like Sneaker Bars, Kitkats, basically chocolate that people usually eat for $1 like chips.)

LOL @ people saying the 360 is crap. It's an established console and had a decent amount of games. Perfectly worth keeping around. Not to mention it's never worth selling a console for a measly amount of cash anyways.

Yes. Idk if anyone would buy a 360 on eBay, and Gamestop buys it back for under $100

Just give a reason why this will help you in life, idk your parents but find them a reason.
Maybe you can say that the xbox360 is not the newest thing and you want to be up to date with the newest technology.

Or just get an nes and say its not a consol its an entertainment system #8bit

Depending on where you live, you can probably start taking certain jobs at that age.

Like working in a convenience store or something.

He helps as a Mechanic.  

I prefer the PS3 over the 360 any day. Don't have to pay a dime for online play. But to help you on getting money quick and easy, babysitting your neighbors kids for a reasonable price and/or doing errands. If not, do a summer internship that's paid. Now if you really really need the money, you can go ask for change out in public.  

Look for jobs at your local school district, they often have summer temp jobs over the break. They list this sort of stuff on the district or even school websites. It may just be janitorial stuff but it's a pretty good experience, plus you can worm your way into IT or anything else they have after a summer of no problems.

The issue here isn't really money, is it? If I bought you a PS4 right now, your parents would still be pretty mad. Even if you got some scheme figured out, it sounds like maybe they don't want you on consoles so much?

It does make for a pretty nice media player...

Ehhhhhhh I'm not so sure about schools paying kids to do jobs, never heard of such a thing and quite honestly, it sounds like you aren't gonna get a whole lot out of it.

But seriously, if you hunt around you'll definitely find some work and make bank.
