I don't know about any of the other servers but you always get a full refund on Classic.

This was awhile ago, but on Classic I swear I only got half back. Originally I remember getting nothing back and I had to send in an email to xor, before the toonslab ticket thing.

I thought this too. I think its halloween half price that they kept track of and gave you halloween price back... so half.

Yup. You get a full refund of the price you payed. That means custom heads purchased during halloween will only be refunded for 10k, while heads bought during the rest of the year will be 20k. Sometimes people forget when they bought their head and are confused as to why they only got "half" back. That's how the rumors started.  

Let me know of other MMO's that allow you to upload your own graphics to customize your player to look any way you want(within adherence to the rules) and have it live and in the game usually within the hour/day.

I'm not saying the system is perfect, it has its flaws and usually most decisions have to be made objectively so can vary from reviewer to reviewer... but I don't think you guys give the system the credit it deserves.

That wasn't always the case. In the early days players would only get 1/2 of their money when staff removed their uploads. That was changed somewhere along the way.

Body - 10000
Body Halloween - 5000

Maybe your body was garbage, hehe jk. You probably refunded. I have never had this problem, since I tend to follow the upload guidelines.

You only get a full refund if you refund it within the limited grace period (can't remember if it's 30 minutes or an hour), or if a staff member refunds your custom.

I refunded a upload within 2 hours and I only have it for 1 hour and I got full Gralat back.
