Hey I want to change my graalonline classic email
My main acc is identified under an email I shouldnt have used

Is it possible to change the email I identified with to a different email adress?
If it is will i keep every item I have and have all furniture items to be in place as they were before

Probably the fact 90% of this community can not speak for management on matters like this, if he wants to know all of this he is better off sending in a ticket and hearing back from the people who are actually capable of doing it.

Yes, you keep everything, but the hard part is getting Xor(or the person that does them) to do it. The old kiosk said there would be no email transfers, but on a another thread there was a poster claiming Xor had done it for him, so I don't know if it's possible.

Had he done what the support page is for and sent in an inquiry about this as well as the details that would of been required for a transfer to take place, he would have already received an answer about it whereas here we are still waiting for an answer and there is a good chance we won't be getting one anytime soon even if we do.

Also in case you point this out as an 'answer' it isn't it is a possible answer but it is not what Sardon needs, although it does answer it is possible to have it changed that does not help the main focus of this subject, which is actually getting it changed.

Maybe what I said did come off as hard-headed but I was simply just letting Sardon know that matters like this are best discussed with the official support, not only for his e-mail change but for any other matters he may have in the near future.

The main problem that's Classic don't have his own website and iEra do , therefore its easier to transfer ur account to a new mail ...because the staf check daily the website , and i think personnaly that the support support.toonslab.com is abondonned ...
I think that classic must make an staff section in Graalians or another website as era do with Era-go.com , to ask an Classic staff member... to change email or another problems that can be resolved with this website ,Where is already a big community existing ..

The purpose of this thread is related to him changing his e-mail so, you tell me what is easier: A) making a thread on a forums, waiting for a reply from someone of position to tell you if you can do it or not, then actually having to go to the support page to get it done (of course it is 50/50 as the only 'answer' here is 'possibly') or B) Send all of this to the support page and get it dealt with in one easy step and avoid having to do all the useless information in choice A

You guys can argue against this all you want, but the second he starts spamming this forum with the most useless questions you can all tell me how you feel about it then.

As I stated earlier, I am just trying to help Sardon out.

P.S - Choice B is also much faster!

If you actually read his post he's just asking for information on the topic. The only place he is asking for staff to actually transfer the account (something he hasn't even decided whether or not he wants to do) is in your predisposed assumptions. Read the thread, get off your high horse. The only spam in this thread is you.

I don't have anyone on my ignore list, but if a poster ever gets on my nerves for spamming useless questions I'll make sure I put him there. Here's some options of my own 1. have useless questions answered on this forum, or 2. have the people fixing real problems waste time by answering "useless" questions

The fact that he added "will I keep my items" and "will my furniture stay in the same place" might be a factor in him sending a email transfer request.
