We have a great staff, probably the best, but the thing is that we have people from different countries and they can't be online on their staff account 24/7.
Trust me, some staffs are working a lot, probably more than you think and when I hear that some people are complaining about them, I do not find it very kind because without them, you would not enjoy the game as much as you do.
I did not watch your video because I think this is not very useful, but Sn0xVil and iGravity are new and you can't judge them.
I do not know if you did it, but you should have sent a message to them, asking if they could go on their staff account to ban this "hacker". If they would have said "no", then it would have been a serious issue, but I do not see anything bad. They are allowed to have some fun on their player account.
If you have any problem, this is useless to post something on Graalians.com, you will need to send a ticket or email [email protected]

At 1:52, it is clearly evident that iGravity was on his staff account. You would see (Admin) besides his name. Also Sn0xvil was also on his staff account because I have that account added onto my friends list. Their reaction time to notice these things are minuscule. Way to enforce stricter policies on the GP position. I applaud you.  

iClassic admins do suck, they all think that the only things they have to do is ban falsely and host ****ty events

The best thing is to leave me a message in-game, even if some people say that we are ignoring our PMs.  

How are we not suppose to judge them?

New or not it is common sense to ban speed hackers.

People complaining about the GPs doing a ****ty job is hardly "mean." Maybe people wouldn't be "mean" to them if you guys would train them decently.

but dude, admins get things done 10x faster here.  

The fact that they have the time to play all day with their buddies after hosting 1 event, thats not a worthy gp. The GP's we had before hosted more than once, and then hung out a little with their friends. The gp's job is to help the game in many ways, them chilling out cuz their too lazy or busy makes them look bad.  

Just enforce stricter policies on the position, that way you will have a staff who will be high-caliber. Like for example, the hours per week should increase to 15-20 instead of 10.

These aren't complaints. These aren't constructive criticisms. Pardon my "meanness" but nooby ass ****s posters like annoy the **** out of me. Do I need to drill any further how "disrespectful" and "mean".

As Axel said, these two will be disciplined and ultimately be better GPs out of this. If everyone was fired for the slightest mistake they've done, nobody on Earth would have a job.
