Alright please do not ask for realize date in my opinion. Now alpho posted that he's own goal was to get it done at saturday. I bet alpha will realese it really soon. This won't be as country side do not worry guys

I should've just waited anyways. Alpho said his PERSONAL goal was today. Should've took that as "after Saturday" instead. He's a huge perfectionist, which although is a bit annoying (I can just imagine him cringing constantly at his own work) is not a bad thing at all.

That's completely true, ask any member of the Ol'West team - I'm always redoing my work until I personally accept it, which can be annoying but it's worth it. I didn't finish by my personal goal, though I'm doing the polishing alongside finishing everything so it will be done soon, I promise. (Not the soon you guys are used to where it's pushed back months either, don't worry)

That looks really nice, still a shame about those cliff tiles though. I take it you intend to release with those exact tiles given it's this late in development?

You know. I really agree with you on the tiles. I was supposed to have these replaced (as well as a few other tiles) But I've been seriously busy the last two weeks and haven't even had time to do anything.

However, I do believe one of our GFX Staff, Merp, made a new cliff tile, but I think they can be improved a bit. Although I'm with you on this. A clean tileset is probably the most important thing for players.

Question about the trees: Since I'm assuming that we're introducing woodcutting, Alpho, does this mean if a player wanted to then they could chop down ALL of those trees and they disappear? Like completely?(They still respawn, I'm just asking if we can clear a path and actually walk through it or something.) Or will they be like the rocks and just look chopped up until they respawn.  

Also, to all of you who saw the hoods Shiz and I were teasing, they'll all be for sale in Oasis Already have the shop all set up.

If somebody can donate or make us some new cliff tiles, I would be more than happy to add them in and replace the current ones. It would be easy to just use addtiledef2 to overwrite the current ones, so it doesn't matter how late in development Oasis is.

I really would like darker brown rocky cliffs, seems it would suit the area better.

Yeah, all of the trees are able to be cut down. When they're cut, a stump is in it's place. Then, after 20 seconds or so, the tree grows back. (All of this is already coded and ready to go).

If you want the tiles Merp made then you'd need to contact him. He would need to recolor them as well.

Really? Most of the outside things were made by Doude. I think it all fits together nicely.

Aside from the cliffs. Gotta throwem' out soon.

Also: Do the trees have mobs that spawn when someone is afk for a certain amount of time? Just like we do in mining @ Alpho.

It should be obvious that the style of which are the cliffs are drawn is inconsistent with the rest of the graphics lacking both dimension and stronger outlines.

They don't currently, but I plan to implement something like that before release yeah.

Thanks. Hopefully updating these cliffs will make it a lot better. What else could be done?  

The cliffs are nice but i do not like the end of them seems a bit weird when it gets so plain

Will there be rain in the woods sometimes thought it would be a cool effect as it makes it more real and also when the rain stops there should be rainbows around hehe i like rainbows
