Gee it's lame watching all these updates happening on other servers and still trying to be excited about the monthly VIP item...

Would it be possible to get some kind of heads up of whats in the pipeline and/or "on the back burner" without hard and fast deadlines so that we can get all excited and hype it up in game? And not be totally disappointed when we log on to check for updates?

Yeah, that'd be cool. Shame that Classic had no Australia day stuff, seeing a lot of players are Australian. I mean, they could have at least had one hat like Bastille Day.  

Who made those deadwood hats? ._.  

No idea who made em.... but hats are not really the same as pk (or bk) rewards systems or other re-playable, entertaining content.

Also, in light of what happened (I posted this and shortly thereafter an update happened), my initial intention here was justified. How nice it would have been to know beforehand that there was something coming!  

There may be on-going issues with the other servers but they sure as heck know how to keep players attentive and aware to any future updates/projects. I wish they added more quests or mini-games into Classic besides hats. I'd say use Mod Town's Circus for mini-games, just to throw it out there. Addressing the calendar, it would be nice if they added a today's this players birthday.  

The 'Chubby Dragon' looks like it was made by Sun and Wolf Hunter looks like it was made by Blizzard, just because of the style of the two hats. Not to sure about the others though @Bryan.

Yeah, I remember those little games in circus' like throwing the ring around the pole, throwing balls at clowns and putting ping pong balls in clowns mouth, so that'd be pretty cool to somehow implement those things into that circus in Mod.  

Surprises keep the game exciting. But it does get stale with just hat updates and not knowing what to look forward to.  

an update calender would really be good.  

This is a good idea, id like to prepare for something big instead of constantly working my ass off just in case it happens.
