What a simple way to put it, but yeah yoy dont need to shut a player up but taking their rights away, im sure the amendments still follow in-game.

i think it'll still apply because it's an American game. idk or france rule applys to the game.

In canada the french have a whole province of their own to avoid that. And there are still a great many of us candians who have terrible french and take pride in it...

Amendments in graal??? Seriously?? this is too funny. Jokes aside lets get this suggestion implemented it will really be beneficial to guilds. In many MMOs this option is already available, would be logical to have this in graal as well. If there are abuses by the guildleaders, its really an internal thing and you can always quit the guild if you dont like the rules. These are private guilds, not the friggin civil service.

Yeah, u kidding? some japanese games were banned from US cause they weren't suitable with US laws.
If Toonslab is selling gralat packs in US, they are following the US law. Maybe not amendments, but laws for games.

I have towered for a long time and have never once been in a situation where this is needed. If someone is talking enough to the point where they sould get guild chat taken away, they probably aren't helping much anyways and should be kicked.

I see no issues. Those who don't like it can leave said guild and form their own guild called "Happy Spam Guild" and live the lives they always wanted. Plenty of guilds to join out there, if you join one that doesn't let you chat, either endure that restriction, or leave. Simplicity in it's finest.

You are right about laws. Since we are talking about laws lets cite precedence hehe. In this particular case, WoW is based in america and WoW has that function.

WoW that's interesting. It's kinda messed up. If they are annoying, u have block button or kick them though. Doesn't really need to mute somebody. Game law should protect it.
