Why do the cacti at start decrease then increase in size?

You mean the cactus? If you melee it a few times, it will shrunk in size, then it will grow back to normal. I kinda find this funny that maybe I'll think of using this as a trap for escaping

Also if u throw a lasso at a cactus it will pull u torwards it fast I found this out other day messing around

Yeah, that's how it works on some Event Races too like 'Lasso Race'  

Its just like real life cactus, it grows XD
