I made sure I got a total of 50 presents to open majority was from Samantha an like I said above I know what I spent because I had them lined up in 10s and I'm missing 21 presents, these are not lagged or duplicated, I'm sending a ticket in now

Can i get a refund 4 presents are gone and my logs too

it was a little past 6 i was about to open my golden present with a purple bow and i got disconected before i could receive an item. so i received nothing, then 4 other gifts i was planning on opening after disapeared

Unfortunately the lag seemed to have been causing duplicate (non-existent) presents to appear.

You received 84 gifts and opened 84 gifts, it even says that in your status.

Ok so all this deception doesn't seem to be working, so I'll just straight up ask: Can you give me free extra gifts??  

I purchsed a total of 30 gifts from Santa's g4g. I bought a gralats pack which u can see I purchased the 10$ pack which was 27500 specifically for gifts. Which u can see my money was removed and the rest was people given to me. There is no deception from me. I'm more pissed because I spent actual money on this game for Xmas and I know admins are just gonna push this to the side. I already sent in a ticket. This is just like when I purchased my hat in the Friday 13th event an I never received it but money was taken.

According to the Secret Santa log you only participated one time, giving out a "cool" present on December 20th. Separate Giving/Receiving logs show that you got 27 from players, 1 from Secret Santa and 1 from staff Classic Staff. You gave out 22 gifts in total. This matches your player attributes, which I posted above.

So if you are convinced otherwise then I believe that you are honestly mistaken. There wasn't any issues with the system before to the lag on Christmas Day which showed players having more than they did, and the logs are all from prior. I don't think that the support team will be able to give you anything other than that.

Judging by our logs you opened all 11 gifts you received. You should have some new furniture and hats in your inventory.

You can't cheat logs m8s  

I believe I lost one somewhere in the shuffle but might be mistaken. I received two 'staff gift' messages but only saw one. Also, to anyone having issues with yule logs, I lost nine just now!  

If you received two staff gift messages it was probably a glitch since only one staff gift went out. (Unless you won the second in an event or something I don't know about.)
